Terms of Service

This policy describes the EDU ADVANCE platform as operated today. A legal or content owner should review it before relying on it in production. It is not legal advice and does not create rights beyond those required by applicable law.

Agreement

These terms apply to the EDU ADVANCE website, student portal, partner portal and related counselling services. By creating an account, submitting a form or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Website use

You may browse public catalogue pages, submit genuine enquiries and, where you have an account, manage your own file. You must not scrape, overload, probe or attempt to access admin, staff or other users’ data. Automated access other than ordinary search-engine indexing requires our written permission.

Student accounts

A student account is for the named student (or a parent/guardian acting for a minor, where permitted). You must provide truthful information. Fake documents, impersonation or duplicate accounts may lead to a closed file and a report to the relevant institution.

Partner accounts

Partner accounts are for approved agencies. Partners may only access students they created or were assigned. Sharing a partner login, submitting files without the student’s knowledge, or using another agency’s students is a breach of these terms and may end the partnership.

Applications

EDU ADVANCE helps you shortlist, complete and submit applications where we have a working process with the institution. We do not guarantee admission, a scholarship, an offer, a visa, housing or enrolment. University decisions, government decisions and test results are outside our control.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for meeting deadlines, paying institution or government fees on time, keeping contact details current, and reading messages in your portal. Missing a university or visa deadline because you did not check your file is not a platform defect.

Content

Catalogue records (countries, universities, courses, scholarships, events, articles and FAQs) are Admin-managed. Fields that have not been verified are labelled accordingly. Do not treat an unverified tuition, ranking or deadline as a promise. Success stories appear only when published from authorised student accounts — we do not invent testimonials.

Payments

Where EDU ADVANCE issues an invoice (for example a documented service such as SOP/I-20 support or a language-course fee configured by Admin), you must pay according to that invoice. University tuition, deposits, application fees, visa fees and test fees are paid to those organisations under their rules. See the Refund Policy.

Third-party institutions

Universities, colleges, language schools, testing organisations and immigration authorities are independent. Their websites, portals and decisions are not part of EDU ADVANCE. Links to official university sites are provided for convenience.

Service limitations

Counselling is professional guidance based on the information you give us and the records published in our catalogue. It is not legal, immigration or financial advice. Rules change; always confirm current requirements with the institution and the official government source.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account that is abusive, fraudulent, inactive in a way that creates security risk, or in breach of these terms. Partners may also be suspended under their contract. You may request closure of your own account by contacting us.

Intellectual property

EDU ADVANCE branding, website design and original platform copy are owned by EDU ADVANCE or its licensors. University names, logos and course titles remain the property of those institutions. You may not copy the platform or republish student documents.
